What I’m drinking tonight: a Bitter Mai Tai. And it’s every bit as delicious as it looks…maybe more.
Bitter Mai Tai

- 1.5oz Campari
- 1oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.75oz Jamaican rum (substitute aged Caribbean rum, if necessary)
- 0.75oz orgeat
- 0.5oz orange curaƧao
Shake, strain.
Glass: old fashioned
Ice: crushed
Garnish: fresh mint sprig
