What I’m drinking tonight: a Bitter Mai Tai. And it’s every bit as delicious as it looks…maybe more.

Bitter Mai Tai (via Jeremy Oertel at Dram in Brooklyn, NY)

1.5oz Campari
1oz freshly squeezed lime juice
0.75oz Jamaican rum (substitute aged Caribbean rum, if necessary)
0.75oz orgeat
0.5oz orange curaçao
Shake, strain.

Glass: old fashioned 
Ice: crushed 
Garnish: fresh mint sprig
