I could talk about the acerbic aftertaste, how it vaguely smells of bacon, or how it feels heavy and gritty on your tongue, but my experience with Starbucks’ new line of “soluble coffee” (read: instant) can best be summed up by Gob Bluth: “I’ve made a huge mistake”.
