Microsoft bashes Google over DoubleClick

After admitting that the online advertising industry is a fluid one that has seen Yahoo, Microsoft, and AOL all make large purchases in the last few months, Smith contended that only Google’s merger with DoubleClick posed a threat to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Ah, the old “do as we say, not as we do” argument. I’m not saying the Google/DoubleClick deal doesn’t smell slightly fishy, I just don’t think Microsoft is the best company to be up there crying about how anti-competitive it is.
