Unbalanced Audio?
I’ve been silently suffering with a weird OS X bug for some time now. The bug manifests itself by unbalancing your audio as you increase/decrease the volume on your Mac. The only time I notice it is when I’m listening to music that uses the right/left channels independently, but it happens enough to drive me literally crazy.
Well, I’ve found a solution to the problem. Some benevolent soul has written a little shell-script daemon that will monitor the balance of your audio. If your audio ever becomes unbalanced, the daemon will instantly (within a second or two) re-balance your audio.
This script is a god-send, is aptly called balanced, and if you’re suffering with this same problem, here is your relief. Now I just wish there was a ‘Donate’ link for me to click.
