It’s entirely too easy to get sucked in by the shiny, industrial gadgetry found in typical kitchenware stores. Truthfully, that’s probably how my wife and I ended up with so much kitchen gear when we got married (much of which doesn’t get used). If I were starting over with my kitchen, this article would serve as my guide for what things I actually need.
